NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. 
  • SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Wendy’s x Bravo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
  • ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of Entry (defined below). Eligibility Exclusions: Officers, directors, managers, members, owners, and employees of the Promotion Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), as well as individuals living in the same household as any of the foregoing (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. For purposes of these Official Rules, (“Promotion Entities”) means and includes: The Wendy’s National Advertising Program, Inc. (“Sponsor”); Wendy’s International, LLC; Quality Is Our Recipe, LLC (collectively, “Wendy’s”); any and all Wendy’s franchisees and any owners, operators, or management companies of Wendy’s system restaurants; and any media, creative, advertising, public relations, promotional, or marketing agencies, vendors, or contractors engaged by Wendy’s in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, VML, LLC, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“NBCUniversal Media, LLC”).Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Sweepstakes is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. NBCUniversal Media, LLC is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to NBCUniversal Media, LLC.
  • HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  • Enter by making a purchase on the Wendy’s App: You may enter by purchasing one (1) Baby Gorgeous Meal on the Wendy’s app during the Sweepstakes Period (“Digital Entry”). You will earn one (1) Digital Entry for every Baby Gorgeous Meal you order from the Wendy’s app. Digital entrants must join the Wendy’s Rewards Program to participate, if you have not already enrolled.  The Rewards Program is free to join on Wendys.com or within the Wendy’s mobile app, and is subject to the Rewards Terms and Conditions. Entries are subject to verification. Entries become the property of Sponsor. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to participate is prohibited. Digital Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026. Limit one (1) Digital Entry per person per day.
  • Enter via Mail: You may earn a Sweepstakes entry without making a purchase by hand printing your complete name, mailing address, date of birth and email address on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper, inserting it into an envelope, affixing sufficient postage and mailing it, in a hand-addressed envelope to: Wendy’s x Bravo Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7764, Melville, NY 11775-7764 (“Mailed Entry”). Your Mailed Entry must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 7, 2026, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced Mailed Entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected Mailed Entries, or Mailed Entries not received in time for the random drawing.
  • Digital Entries and Mailed Entries shall be referred to as (“Entry”) or (“Entries”).
  • Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner, five (5) First Prize winners, five (5) Second Prize winners, five (5) Third Prize winners, fifty (50) Fourth Prize winners, fifty (50) Fifth Prize winners, fifty (50) Sixth Prize winners, and two-hundred fifty (250) Seventh Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 8, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization. The decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
  • Winner Notification/Prize Awards: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email (to the email address provided at the time of Entry) and will be required to sign and return, via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release Form, where legal (“Declaration”). If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within two (2) days or does not meet the eligibility requirements, entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected and notified. First Prize – Sixth Prize winners will be notified via to the Wendy’s App (if entered via the Digital Entry method of Entry) and will be required to provide their contact information and mailing address. If any winner entered via the Mailed Entry method of Entry, their prize will be delivered to the address provided at the time of Entry. If a potential winner fails to provide their information within two (2) days or does not meet the eligibility requirements, entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected and notified. Seventh Prize winners will be sent their prizes via email (to the email address included on Entry) within 4-6 weeks from the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected accordingly.
  • Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000 awarded as a check to the winner. Five (5) First Prizes: One (1) Sponsor specified suitcase and one (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). The ARV of each First Prize is $510. Five (5) Second Prizes: One (1) Sponsor specified glam everywhere tool, a Sponsor specified bag and one (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). The ARV of each Second Prize is $510. Five (5) Third Prizes: One (1) Lisa Barlow signed shotski with a certificate of authenticity, a video from Lisa Barlow and one (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). The ARV of each Third Prize is $260. Fifty (50) Fourth Prizes: One (1) Sponsor specified tumbler, one (1) Sponsor specified snackle box, and one (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $50. Fifty (50) Fifth Prizes: Sponsor specified bedazzled charms and one (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). The ARV of each Fifth Prize is $30. Fifty (50) Sixth Prizes: One (1) pair of Sponsor specified eye masks and one (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). The ARV of each Sixth Prize is $30. Two-Hundred Fifty (250) Seventh Prizes: One (1) $10 Wendy’s e-gift card awarded as a digital code (subject to terms and conditions). Limit one (1) prize per person. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other or additional compensation will be provided. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the total value of prize for the year the Grand Prize is awarded. Grand Prize and First-Sixth Prizes will be mailed to winners within 4-6 weeks of winner verification to the address provided during winner notification. The Wendy’s e-gift cards will be awarded via email within 4-6 weeks of winner verification to the email address provided during winner notification. The Seventh Prizes will be awarded via email within 4-6 weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection.
  • Limitations of Liability; Release: Wendy’s International, LLC, Quality Is Our Recipe, LLC, The Wendy’s National Advertising Program, Inc., NBCUniversal Media, LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, employees, directors, and shareholders, (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, inaccessible Entries, Internet connections or email; or for any computer, telephone, wireless, satellite, cable, network, electronic, Internet or phone hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net/accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, Internet contact, or any technical error, or program errors or malfunctions or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information, or for any human error, technical error or other error of any kind in connection with the offering or operation of the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website (or any other website). If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned (in whole or in part) as solely determined by Sponsor, including but not limited to by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures that can corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part). In such event, Sponsor shall conduct the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from all eligible Entries received prior to such action. The right is reserved by Sponsor to disqualify any individual found, at its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer/mobile phone or device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading (or uploading) any materials from this Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE OR AN INDIVIDUAL OTHERWISE ATTEMPTS TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.  By submitting an Entry, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless each of the Released Parties and all other companies involved in the development, operation or marketing of the Sweepstakes or the provision of any prize or any component of any prize, and the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, causes of action and liabilities of any kind that the entrant ever had, now has or might in the future have arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, receipt or use of any prize or any component thereof and/or any use of the entrant’s name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information, any statement attributed to the entrant and/or any Entry or any component thereof, including without limitation any and all claims, causes of action and liabilities, including those (a) relating to any personal injury, death or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person, (b) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or publicity, copyright infringement, misappropriation, defamation or violation of any other personal or proprietary right or (c) based upon any allegation of a violation of any law, rule or regulation relating to personal information or data security. Each entrant agrees not to assert any such claim or cause of action against any of the Released Parties.
  • Additional Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, and property or breach or failure or any representation of warranty arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or from the acceptance, misuse or use of any prize.
  • SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • Privacy: Except as set forth in Section 8 above, Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy.  Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy https://www.wendys.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
  • Disputes: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Ohio and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state and federal courts in Ohio.
  • Winners: For a list of winners of prizes valued over $25 available after November 30, 2026 for a period of at least ninety (90) days, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Wendy’s x Bravo Sweepstakes, Dept. EH, P.O. Box 7760, Melville, NY 11775-7760.
  • Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is The Wendy's National Advertising Program, Inc., One Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, New York 11747.
